Q: What is the $50 fee?
A: All 3H Property Management properties require an application fee of $50 per adult. We do a complete credit and criminal backround check and contact employers and gather rental references
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: Generally it is $100 more than one month's rent, depending on the credit and referance findings. Unique properties will require larger deposits.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: No smoking is allowed in any of our rental properties.
Q: Do you accept public housing?
A: Some of our rentals do accept public housing vouchers.
Q: Do you accept pets?
A: Pets are negotiable for some of our properties, in which case a pet deposit would be required. Some dog breeds such as, pit bulls, rottweilers, etc., are not allowed.
